HOSTEL RULES & REGULATIONS

• Check in Check in time: 15:00-20:00
  Please let us know your check in time in advance.
  ※We normally do not allow early/late check in, however please contact us in advance if you are arriving outside of above hours for the check in procedure.
• Check-out time before 11AM There is no check-out process. For luggage-storage after check-out, please ask staff.
• Quiet time after 10PM Some of the guests leaves early in the morning. Please respect the other guests during quiet time.
• No smoking inside the building Please use the smoking area outside or on the balcony.
• We are not responsible for the loss of any personal belongings Please bring your personal belongings with you when you go out. Also please write your name on your food etc. when you use the fridge or the shelves.
• Please clean up after yourself when you use common areas Wash the dishes you use and trash and separate the rubbish into the bins.
• The shower and the laundry are available 24 hours There is no time restriction for using the common living room & kitchen. However, please use quietly after Quiet Time.
• A charge of 2000yen will be made for any lost keys Please leave the room key in the room when you check out.
• No curfew for entering the hostel Please follow “How to exit/enter at night” instructions after the front door is locked.

CANCEL POLICY

6 days before your arrival date	No charge
2 - 5 days before your arrival date	50% of your room fee.
A day before your arrival date	70% of your room fee.
On your arrival date / No show	100% of your room fee.
