What is the check-in process?
Check-in is from 15:00 until 20:00. We generally do not allow early or late check-in. Luggage storage before 15:00 is available, so please contact us to use this service. We kindly ask you to contact us if you will arrive outside of check-in hours. You may be charged an additional payment according to your arrival time or reason for late arrival.

What is the check-out process?
We do not have a check-out process. As payment for your stay is completed prior to your arrival, or during check-in, we do not require any payment from you upon check-out. We are happy to store your luggage if you’d like to do some more sightseeing in the area once you check out.

Is there a curfew?
There is no curfew, but we do lock the front door at night. You can enter/exit freely using the passcode provided during check-in. Please make sure to do so quietly so as not to disturb other guests.

Is it possible to book the entire house for private use?
Yes, this is possible. Please make an inquiry using the inquiry form on our website, or by calling us.

Do you offer any meals?
We currently do not offer any meals. Please make use of the restaurants and eateries in the area, or feel free to use the shared kitchen space inside the guesthouse. We have supermarkets within walking distance. As it is a small town where shops can close earlier than scheduled, or are operated by few staff, we recommend making a reservation in advance for those who want to go out to eat.

Do you accept luggage deliveries?
We are happy to accept luggage deliveries. However, depending on the size or contents we may decline, so please contact us and make an inquiry.

Can we bring our own food in to the guesthouse?
Yes, this is possible. However, please refrain from eating inside the bedrooms (particularly food that has a strong odor). Please feel free to use the refrigerator in the kitchen to store your food.

Is there a time limit to use the common area?
Generally, no. However, our “Quiet Time” is from 22:00, therefore please make sure not to disturb other guests staying in the guesthouse if using the space after this time.
