壱 THE HOSTELでは現在住み込みヘルパーを募集しています！

日和佐は徳島県南に位置し、海山川に囲まれた小さな港町です。ホステルの裏側にはすぐ日和佐川が流れ、ウミガメが産卵に訪れる大浜海岸までは徒歩約１５分の場所にあります。人口およそ６０００人の小さな町ですが、四国お遍路（四国八十八ヶ所霊場巡り）の第二十三番札所薬王寺があり、自然も豊かな場所にあることから多くの観光客が四季を通して訪れます。ゲストハウス開業に興味がある、田舎暮らしを体験したい、英語を学びたい/話したい、サーフィンしたい方など様々な目的に合った生活が体験できる壱で是非働いてみませんか？

 

■勤務内容

・週５日勤務（週休２日）一日３時間（週１５時間）

・基本勤務時間１０：３０ – １３：３０

・ホステル、パブ内の清掃作業、ベッドメイキング、滞在中のゲストとの交流など

※ゲストの滞在の有無、又は出発時刻によって勤務時間が変わる可能性もあります。

※能力、やる気次第によって、チェックイン受付業務、バーテンダー業務、DIYなどの仕事もできます。また繁忙期に勤務時間超過する場合は給料支払いがあります。

※勤務はシフト制。休日については予約状況に応じて相談可。連休をとって四国周辺への旅行も可能です。

 

■資格/条件

・年齢は問いません（但し１８歳以上でアクティブに動ける方）

・最低滞在期間２週間（１ヶ月以上優遇）

・人との交流を積極的に行える方

・クリエイティブで上昇志向をお持ちの方

・旅好きな方

 

■給与支払いについて

こちら側で提供するのは就寝場所と働いた日のまかない（１日３食）です。

基本的に給与支払いはございませんが、上記勤務内容にあるように能力や基本勤務時間超過によっては給与の支払いがあります。

We are searching for live-in helpers at Ichi The Hostel!

If you want to experience slow life in Japan, then this is the place for you! Hiwasa is surrounded by ocean, mountains and rivers, so it is the perfect place for those who like nature and want to learn about rural life in Japan.

Job Details

  • 5 days per week, 15 hours total
  • Working hours: 10:30-13:30 (working hours may change depending on guests in the hostel/helper abilities. We request for flexibility.)
  • Cleaning the Hostel after guest check out
  • Cleaning the pub on weekends
  • Bed making
  • Interacting with guests

※ Depending on language ability, we may ask for help with guest check in
※ If you have any special skills such as DIY, drawing, painting etc. this is welcome!
※ If you have experience in bar work, we may ask for help in the Pub.
※ Outside of working hours, you have free time to explore the local area.

Payment

We do not offer any cash payment, instead we offer free accommodation, free utilities and free meals.
Accommodation: bed in mixed dorm inside the hostel, or room in our home.
Meals: 3 meals per day will be provided on the days you work. On your days off, please cover the cost of your own meals. When we cannot prepare meals, we are happy to cover the cost of ingredients. Breakfast is self service.

Requirements

Must be over 18.
Must have working holiday visa or permit to work in Japan.
Must speak either English or Japanese. Both is preferred but not necessary.
Be willing to learn
Ability to drive is recommended but not required.
